At the outset, Mr. Anturkar states that prayer clause (b) has become infructuous since the transfer application of petitioner has been decided in petitioner's favour.

As regards prayer clause (a) Mr. Kankal states that petitioner's applications will be heard by the appropriate authority and disposed within 8 weeks from today. Of course, Respondent Nos. 5(A) to 5(B) as legal heirs of Keru Maruti Sawant, Respondent Nos.6(A) to 6(E) as legal heirs of Aaba Maruti Sawant and Respondent Nos.7(A) to 7(F) as legal heirs of Budhaji Maruti Sawant and Respondent No.8 will also be heard before passing any order on the applications made by petitioner.

In view of the statement made by Mr. Kankal on instructions from Ms. Rohini Phadtare, SLAO - 4, Pune, Mr. Anturkar states that the petition can be disposed.
