This is an application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure for bail.

The applicant came to be arrested in Crime No.367 of 2021 registered at Shikrapur Police Station, Pune Rural for the ofences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

This Court on 16 March 2023 passed the following order: "1.
The learned Counsel for the applicant, on instructions, submits that the applicant without prejudice to his rights is willing to deposit amount of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs) within a period of one week from today. The applicant is permitted to deposit the said amount with the Liquidator of the concerned bank.

List the present application on 27 March 2023 at 2.30 p.m."

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that pursuant to the above order, the applicant has deposited an amount of Rs.3 lakhs.

This Court by order dated 6 October 2022 in Criminal Bail Application No. 4441 of 2021 has released the main accused on bail. The applicant is in jail for more than 1 year. Considering these facts, I am inclined to release the applicant on bail. In the result, the following order is passed.
O R D E R
A] The Application is allowed.
B] The applicant be released on bail in C.R. No. 367 of 2021 registered at Shikrapur Police Station, Pune Rural for the ofences punishable under Sections Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code on furnishing P.R Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with one or two sureties in the like amount.
