This application is preferred by plaintiff for restoration of Appeal from Order (St) no. 26144 of 2014, which was dismissed in view of conditional order dated 06.01.2015 passed by this court for non removal of office objections.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and as applicant is ready and willing to remove all office objections within four weeks from today, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.

a) Appeal from Order (ST) no. 26144 of 2014 is restored on file.

b) Applicant is granted four weeks time from today to remove all office objections, failing which the Civil Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.
