The parties to the appeal have settled their dispute amicably and filed consent terms dated 24th April, 2015, which are as follows :- " ...... 3. It is hereby mutually agreed between the appellant being the original respondent and respondent being the original petitioner in Family Court M.J. Petition No.A-1471 of 2007 that the marriage solemnized on 18th May, 2006 between them be dissolved by way of this Consent Terms.

The appellant waives her right of receiving any

maintenance for past and in future and that this arrival of consent Terms for dissolution of marriage is without any consideration.

The appellant has received her stridhan and other belongings and waives her right in respect of any claims in future. In view of the above appeal to be disposed off which is a subject matter of the M.J. Petition bearing No.A-1471 of 2007 wherein the appellant is the respondent in the said petition and appellant is the petitioner in the Counter claim stand disposed off with respect of this consent terms.

It is declared by both the parties that the above Appeal No.44 of 2012 be disposed off with respect to this consent terms.

The appellant and the respondent both hereby declare and undertake out of abundant precaution, that they will withdraw all applications and complaints by whatever name called, filed against each other and which is not specifically mentioned in the proceeding filed against each other and they indemnify each other to take necessary action to withdraw the same."

The consent terms are singed by the appellant and respondent along with their respective counsel. Both the

appellant and respondent are present in the Court. On specific query made by us, they confirmed the contents of the consent terms and have stated that they have no objection to dispose of the appeal in terms of the consent terms. The consent terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. 3.

The Family Court Appeal is disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms dated 24th April, 2015. Decree be drawn accordingly.
