(i) Respondent No.5 (Minister of Revenue, Maharashtra State) shall hear the RTS Revision Application No. 1165 of 2020 filed by the Petitioner within a period of four weeks from today.

(ii) If the Respondent No.5 (Minister of Revenue, Maharashtra State) is of the view that it is not possible to decide the said RTS Revision Application No. 1165 of 2020, he shall hear the application seeking ad-interim/interim reliefs and dispose off the same within the stipulated period.
