Ravi and Co. has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of Respondent No.1 in the Review Petition. Name of Advocate K. P. Ravi is also displayed on the daily board. Despite the said fact, none appears for Respondent No.1.

Perusal of Application indicates that, sufficient cause for condonation of delay is made out.
