7. caw 457.17.doc 3365 of 2016. The said Writ Petition was dismissed by an order dated 04/08/2016 by Registrar (Judicial - I) for non removal of office objections. In the present application, it is prayed that the said order be set aside and the delay caused in preferring the present application may be condoned.

In view of the averments made in the application and in the interest of justice, we are of the opinion that delay deserves to be condoned and Writ Petition deserves to be restored to file. Accordingly, delay is condoned and order dated 04/08/2016 dismissing Writ Petition for non removal of office objections is set aside and Writ Petition is restored to file. Office objection to be removed within 4 weeks from today. 5.
