P.C:- The learned Counsel for the Petitioners, on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the Writ Petition and submits that the Petitioners will prosecute the application filed by the Petitioners under Section 48 of the Land Acquisition Act (the said Act) before the authority. The Petitioners may prosecute its application under Section 48 of the said Act as may be permissible under the law. All contentions of the parties are kept open.

If the said application of the Petitioners is pending, then the same will be decided by the authority on its own merits preferably within six months.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
