Heard. Perused Application as well as the reasons assigned for dismissing the Petition as well as the cause assigned for restoration. 2.

Considering the submission advanced in the light of nature of order passed, I am of the view that the Application deserves to be allowed subject to removal of office objections by the Applicant within two weeks from the date of this order.

Accordingly, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) subject to removal of office objections within two weeks. In case, the office objections are removed within two weeks, the Petition be placed for admission before the Court on 01.04.2019. In case the office objections are not removed, the order of restoration stands recalled and cancelled.
