Heard the learned counsel for the applicant. Perused the paragraphs 14 and 15 of the Judgment and Order dated 5th December 2016 by which the main writ petition was disposed of.

A copy of the communication dated 31st May 2017 issued by the Commissioner of the Kolhapur Municipal Corporation is tendered across the bar which is taken on record and marked `X-1' for identification. The prayer in this application is for extension of time granted by virtue of paragraph 13 of the Judgment and Order for processing the application dated 22nd September 2015 filed by the writ petitioner.
