Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties, we find that the order impugned is appealable under Section 52(B) of the Maharashtra Agricultural Produce Market (Development and Regulation) Act, 1963, and therefore, the petitioner has alternate efficacious remedy. We are, therefore, not inclined to exercise our writ jurisdiction and the petition is disposed of accordingly. 2.

It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter and all points & contentions of the respective parties are expressly kept open.
