A short grievance made in the petition is that the proposal sent by respondent No. 4 to respondent No. 3 in respect of approval of the Petitioner's appointment to the post of Assistant Teacher has not been decided since 2014.

In the light of the above, we deem it convenient to dispose of this petition by directing respondent No. 3 to take decision on the proposal sent by the respondent No. 4 for approval of the petitioner's appointment on the post of Assistant Teacher, copy of which is annexed at Exh. G, as expeditiously as possible, in any case within four weeks from receipt of this order. Ordered accordingly. It is made clear that we have not gone into merits of the matter. Respondent No. 3 shall decide the said proposal independently Talwalkar 1/2

In order to enable Respondent No. 3 to comply with this order, the Petitioner shall remain present before him alongwith the copy of the said proposal as well as copy of this order on 26/3/2018. [SMT.
