Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and the learned counsel for the respondent-original claimant.

The learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant has already deposited the entire amount of compensation and by a separate order passed today, this Court has permitted the claimant to withdraw a portion of the amount of compensation.

Hence, there shall be stay to the execution, operation and implementation of the impugned award dated 17th October 2019 passed in MACP No. 296 of 2014, till the final disposal of the appeal. 4.

The application stands disposed of.
