The petitioner suffers from disability of the right upper limb. He sought admission in the Post Graduate Course pursuant to successfully completing his M.B.B.S. Education. Since he was not treated as eligible for admission to the Post Graduate Medical Course, this writ petition has been filed. On 18th February 2014, this Court after hearing all parties passed an interim order directing the respondents to treat the petitioner as eligible for prosecuting Post Graduate Studies in non-clinical and non-surgical subjects in the physically handicapped category. 2.
Pursuant to the aforesaid interim order, the petitioner came to be admitted at the Post Graduate Course and it is informed that he has now obtained the necessary Degree and is presently employed. 1/2 Digitally signed by SNEHA ABHAY DIXIT Date:

In view of the aforesaid, we find that the purpose of filing the writ petition has been served. It is accordingly disposed of. Rule accordingly. No costs.
