Learned counsel for the Non-applicant/ husband fairly states that without prejudice to the contentions raised in the Petition, the husband has no objection if the proceedings are transferred to Solapur.

The Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which reads thus :

(a) This Honourable Court be pleased to issue order under section 24 of the Civil Procedure Code for transfer of the proceeding being Divorce Petition No. 569 of 2020 pending before the Hon'ble Family Court Pune at Pune to Hon'ble Family Court Solapur at Solapur."
