Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. The learned counsel for the Petitioner makes a grievance that the learned Small Causes Court Judge, has merely marked the leave and license agreement as article and has not taken it in evidence. It is not necessary to interfere with the impugned order as the learned Judge has not made any comment regarding the evidentiary value and admissibility of the document. It is open to the Petitioner to prove the said document in evidence as per the procedure and the law. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
