Mr.Prathamesh Gokhale appears for the respondents in First Appeal Stamp No.4102 of 1997 he states that he appears for all the respondents except respondent No.1B against whom the appeal stands abated. For the reasons set out in the Civil Application delay of 83 days in each of the Civil Applications is condoned. 3.
The Civil Application's are accordingly disposed of. Place the First Appeals for admission and if possible final disposal on 16 March 2017 on the Supplementary Board by this date appellants to furnish private paper book/notes of evidence/documentary evidence.
