As there was some delay in instituting this appeal, the petitioner has also filed application for condonation of delay.

3] In view of the aforesaid, there is no question of entertaining the present petition. The Appellate Authority will undoubtedly decide the application for condonation of delay and if the delay is condoned, the appeal be decided within a reasonable period, in accordance with law and on its own merits.

4] This petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
