CRIMINAL APPELLATE JURISDICTION WRIT PETITION NO.626 OF 2015 WITH WRIT PETITION NO.627 OF 2015 Dharmesh @ Nannu Nitinbhai Shah and another ... Petitioners Vs.

State of Maharashtra and another ... Respondents Mr. P. M. Patil for Petitioners.

Mr. K. V. Saste for Respondent No.1-State.

CORAM :RANJIT MORE & R. G. KETKAR, JJ.

DATE :03rd SEPTEMBER, 2015.

PC:

Heard Mr. Patil, learned Counsel for petitioners and Mr. Saste, learned Counsel for respondent No.1-State.

2.

These Petitions are filed for quashing the subject F.I.R. by consent. Petitioners in Writ Petition No.626 of 2015 and Writ Petition No.627 of 2015 had earlier filed Writ Petition No.3293 of 2014 and Writ Petition No.3294 of 2014 respectively for quashing the same F.I.R. by consent. Division Bench of this Court were not inclined to quash the subject F.I.R. even by consent in view of the antecedents of the petitioners and therefore, petitioners sought leave to withdraw those Petitions. Accordingly, leave was granted and Petitions were dismissed as withdrawn. The present Petitions for similar reliefs are, therefore, not maintainable and the same are accordingly dismissed.
