Inasmuch as the Petitioner has an alternate efficacious remedy before the DRT, we are not inclined to entertain the Petition. Hence, the Petition is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to approach the DRT. We are informed that the auction of one of the properties described on running page No.37 of the Petition is to be held today. Though the auction can proceed, we direct that for a period of two weeks from today, the bids shall not be finalized.
