Pursuant to the order dated 10th January, 2018, the learned APP for the respondent/State produces affidavit of Mr.Vikram Patil, Assistant Commissioner of Police, Chaturshrungi Division, Pune City. In the affidavit, it is mentioned that the prosecution wants to examine more ten witnesses in the matter, which is fixed on 20th January, 2018.

The learned APP for the State submits that till today six witnesses were examined in MCOC Special Case No. 3 of 2014. 1 / 2

In view of this, the trial Court is specifically directed to take up the matter on day to day basis and record the evidence of these ten witnesses from 22nd January, 2018. Both the prosecution and the applicant/accused to co-operate the trial Court. The evidence of these ten witnesses is to be recorded on or before 20th February, 2018 and complete the trial on or before 28th February, 2018. 4.
With this, Bail Application is dismissed.
