The learned counsel for the Respondents pointed out that a suit for the same relief is pending against the impugned notice. Therefore, we are not inclined to entertain the present Writ Petition. The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners, on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.

The Writ Petition, is accordingly, disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to pursue the remedy available to the Petitioners under law. No costs.
