By this application, the applicants seek restoration of the aforesaid writ petition, which was dismissed for non-prosecution, as the petitioners had failed to remove the office objections on or before 30th March 2019.

For the reasons set out in the application, application is allowed and the order dismissing the petition for non-removal of office objections is recalled and the petition is restored back to its original file. Petitioners to remove office objections within two weeks.
