Heard learned counsel for the Applicant.

Registrar, (Judicial-II), by a self operative order dated 30th November 2022, granted two weeks time for removing the Office objections. Since the Office objections were not removed, the Appeal stood dismissed accordingly.

The learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that due to inadvertence, Office objections could not be removed The Applicant has good case on merits. If the Appeal is not restored, great prejudice will be caused to the Applicant.

Considering the aforesaid facts, order dated 30th November 2022 is set aside by condoing the delay.

The Applicant shall remove the Office objections within one week from the date of uploading of this order, failing which the order dated 30th November 2022, would stand revived. 6.
