Mr.Mehta appearing for respondent no.1 undertakes to file Vakalatnama within one week from today.

Ms Tejani, on instructions, states that petitioner's account has been regularized from the year 2020 onwards and petitioner has been regularly paying the amount. Ms Tejani states account has been running satisfactorily and tag of Non Performing Asset (NPA) has been removed from petitioner's account. Mr.Mehta agrees.

In view of the statement made by Mr. Mehta, Miss Tejani seeks leave to withdraw petition.
