Learned A.P.P., on instructions from Additional Senior Jailor, Thane Central Prison, Thane, submitted that, the trial of the Petitioner pertaining to Sessions Case No. 486 of 2015 has already commenced and the Petitioner has been produced before the Trial Court on several occasions in the year 2022 and lastly on 4th January 2023. 2.

That, to avoid inconvenience, the Jail Authority has already communicated to the Registry of the Trial Court for providing Video Conferencing facility/link in that behalf.
