Heard learned counsel Mr. Sanjay Kulkarni for the Petitioner. 2.

By this review petition, the Petitioner is seeking review of the order dated 8th January, 2019 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 5553 of 2017, dismissing the writ petition in which challenge was to the order dated 2nd May, 2014 passed by the Civil Judge, Junior Division, Patan below Exhibit -59 in Regular Darkhast No. 41/2006. 3.

Learned counsel of the Petitioner submits that they have already filed Writ Petition (St) No. 5057 of 2019 challenging the order dated 28th January, 2011 passed by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Patan below Exhibit-44 in Regular Darkhast No. 41/2006. The same is recorded.

The entire endeavor is only to re-argue the matter. The review petition accordingly is dismissed.
