2] After hearing of this petition progressed for some time, the petitioner in person seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to file appropriate application before the Labour Court, if the circumstances so permit, as now the written statement has been filed and the evidence of the parties is being recorded by the Labour Court. When the impugned order dated 4.1.2020 was passed, admittedly, the evidence affidavit was not filed by the respondent. However, now the circumstances are different. 3] Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

4] All the contentions of parties are expressly kept open. 5] In view of disposal of the petition, Interim Application would not survive and it is accordingly, disposed of.
