The learned counsel for the petitioner-applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail the remedy of filing a Revision Application under Section 154 of the Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 for challenging the adjudication undertaken by the Assistant Registrar (Administration), Co-operative Societies on 17th January 2023.

Leave granted to withdraw the writ petition with aforesaid liberty. 3.

In case the petitioner-applicant invokes such remedy within a period of fifteen days from today, the Revisional Authority shall consider the proceedings on their own merits and in accordance with law without going into the question of delay.
