By consent, the petition is disposed off with following order:

The impugned order which is an interim order is modified to set aside the direction at Clause (3) of it's operative part. With that any reasoning given in the impugned order in support of the direction also stands quashed and set aside. Both the counsel state that there are proceedings in the court of Metropolitan Magistrate, Vikhroli under Section 630 of the Companies Act being CC No.4036/SS/2011 and

Dusane 2/2 WP2206.2015 that the parties will inform the learned Magistrate about the direction at clause 4 of the operative part and seek adjournments until disposal of the complaint in the Labour Court.

The Labour Court shall endeavour to dispose off the complaint on/or before 31st December, 2015.
