Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file revision application. He submits that to enable the petitioner to file revision application, ad-interim protection granted by this court be extended for a limited period. 2.
Leave granted with liberty as prayed. The petitioner is permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to file revision application as 1/2

To enable the petitioner to file revision application and to make an application for interim protection, interim relief granted by order dated 15th February 2023 is extended for a period of 4 weeks from today subject to petitioner filing appropriate revision application within period of two weeks from today.

It is clarified that if appropriate application is not filed within the aforesaid time, ad-interim protection granted by this Court shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to the Court. 5.
It is clarified that I have not examined the rival contentions on merits and hence, all contentions of all parties are kept open. 6.
So far as statutory compliance under section 154(2A) of The Maharashtra Co-Operative Societies Act, 1960 is concerned, petitioner is at liberty to make an appropriate application before the revisional authority as permissible in law and respondent nos. 1 and 2 are at liberty to oppose the same.
