In both these cases the the Applicant is in custody from 24th February 2016. Learned advocate for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw these applications. However, he submits that liberty may be granted to the Applicant to prefer a fresh application before this Court in case trial in respect of applicant is not concluded within a period of six months from today.

Leave to withdraw the applications is granted. Both bail applications stand dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for. 3.
