Learned Counsel for the intervener states that the complainant has received almost the entire consideration amount. Therefore, complainant has no grievance left against the applicants. In this view of the matter, custodial interrogation of the applicants are not necessary.

Learned Counsel for the intervener further states that, they are not pressing the intervention applications. 3.

(a) In the event of arrest of the applicants in CR No.I 216 of 2017 dated 21/12/2017 registered with CBD Police Station, New Mumbai, the applicants shall be released on bail on their furnishing PR bond of Rs. 25,000/- each with one or two solvent local sureties in the like amount.
