In view of the order passed by the High Power Committee, we do not propose to take any action under the provisions of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.

Contempt Petition is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.

The Petitioners would be at liberty to fle appropriate proceedings against the order dated 15th November, 2021 passed by the High Power Committee.
