P.C:- The learned Magistrate has sought for extension of time for disposal of the case. The complainant is present in person. He informs that the accused has absconded and went abroad. All his efforts to secure the presence of the accused failed. He seeks direction to the Court concerned to take all the necessary steps to extradite the accused and proceed with the matter.

In view of the above, the extension of time is granted as prayed for with a direction to the learned Magistrate to take possible steps to secure presence of the accused before it to proceed with the matter.
Interim Application No. 687of 2022 The Applicant informs that all the prayers in the application have been granted.

Interim Application No. 218 of 2020 The Applicant submits that the order uploaded indicates wrong year of the application and is, therefore, confused. The said application has also been complied and has become infructuous. Office to verify and submit a report within a week. 2.
