Learned counsel for the petitioners makes a statement that the petitioners are ready and willing to comply with the terms and conditions as set out in the order dated 11 August, 2022 passed by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court, that is, to deposit an amount of Rs.10,000/- as also to furnish an undertaking.

Let such compliance be made within a period of three days from today. If the same are made, the respondents are directed to release the vehicle forthwith and more particularly, one of the vehicle being an ambulance. 3.
