The Applicant is the Petitioner in the main Petition where the substantive prayer is for quashing the First Information Report. By the proposed amendment, the Applicant is seeking to challenge the order of suspension of arms license passed by the Commissioner of Police, Thane, in exercise of statutory powers of the Arms Act, 1959.
