1] By an Order dated 6th February 2019, the applicant was granted interim relief and was directed to attend the Investigating Officer of the concerned Police Station on stipulated dates, to join the process of investigation.

2] Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the leaned APP for the State. Perused the record of investigation. 3] The record indicates that, the applicant is Event Manager by profession and used to conduct certain events in the restaurant wherein the police conducted raid. The applicant has no direct role either in providing /or supplying Hukka Tobaco and other related material to the 1/2

aba.325-2019.doc concerned restaurant. In view thereof, the applicant is entitled to be protected by pre-arrest bail.

4] Interim relief granted by Order dated 6th February 2019 is hereby confirmed. However, the condition to attend the Investigating Officer is waived.
