The prayer in the petition is for quashing of the FIR registered vide Crime No. 1 of 2018 punishable under Sections 376, 328, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The counsel for the applicant, when put to certain queries, was in difficult to respond to the same for want of instructions. 3.

Learned APP submits that after the applicant is charge-sheeted, he is facing prosecution in Sessions Case No. 0200134 of 2018 pending on the file of Additional Sessions Judge, Dindoshi. 4.

In this background, we see no reason to keep the present application pending, wherein the prayer is only for quashing. Keeping
