By order dated 16/02/2021, a direction was issued to release the applicant on bail in the event of his arrest. 2.

The learned APP Mr.Patil makes a statement that the investigation is complete in C.R.No.24 of 2020 and the matter is ready for institution of charge-sheet in the competent court. He also makes a categorical statement that the applicant has co-operated in the investigation during the pendency of the present application.
