Having heard learned counsel Mr.Kamble for the applicants and learned counsel Mr.Dalvi for original respondent Nos.1(a) and 1(c) to 1(f) and in view of the fact that petitioner No.1(a) has been joined as party by order dated 11th July 2016 passed in Civil Application No.627/2011, the present application upon death of petitioner No.1(a) who died on 29th April 2002, is allowed in terms of prayers clauses at para 6(a) and (b) with no order as to costs.
