In pursuance of the order dated 1.9.2015, Mrs. Kalpana was produced before the Division Bench (Coram: A.S.Oka and V.L.Achliya, JJ.) on 14.9.2015. Since this Court was not available on that day, writ petition was adjourned till today and oral directions were given to keep detenue Mrs. Kalpana Santosh Suryawanshi in reformation centre run by Sri Mukti Sanghatana. Though the matter was adjourned today, same is not on board today as stated above.

Detenue Mrs. Kalpana Santosh Suryawanshi is produced by Police Inspector Turbhe MIDC Police Station, Navi Mumbai before this Court. Petitioner as well as his minor children, Mrs. Kalpana Santosh Suryawanshi and her mother are present before this Court. We interacted with the petitioner and Mrs. Kalpana. Mrs. Kalpana stated that she wants to reside with the petitioner. Petitioner also stated that Mrs. Kalpana is his wife and he is ready to co-habit with her.

In the circumstances, we permit Mrs. Kalpana to go along with the petitioner and co-habit with him. Since the petition is worked out, it stands disposed of.
