P.C. :- Application to be filed challenging the communication at page 54 dated 4.12.2007 wherein the Chief Town Planner intimated the Petitioners that their application cannot be considered since there was a status-quo order in Writ Petition No. 9511 of 2004. Since said Writ Petition is already disposed of and the application is under the process of consideration, there is no question of communication at page 54 coming in the way of considering the application. Therefore, the Writ Petition need not be kept pending for consideration of the validity of intimation dated 4.12.2007. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. (N.M. JAMDAR, J.) CHIEF JUSTICE
