The civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c ) on the condition that the applicant removes all the office objections within four weeks from today. It is made clear that no further extension would be granted. If all the office objections are not removed within four weeks from today, the Civil Application (Stamp) No.21335 of 21335 of 2015 to stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
