2.
On 11.2.2016, this court has passed the following order : "Not on board. Taken on board.
1 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned AGP for the State. Place the petition on scheduled date which is 14th March 2016.
2 If the application made by the petitioner at Exh.C is still pending, the Collector or the Authority before which the said application is pending shall endeavour to decide the same as expeditiously as possible. Reply shall be filed on or before the next date."
3.
The grievance of the petitioners is that inspite of the said order being passed on 11.2.2016, the Collector before whom

4.
Having regard to the controversy involved in this petition, we dispose of this petition by directing the Collector, Raigad to consider and take appropriate decision on the petitioner's pending application as expeditiously as possible, but not latter than three months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. With the above directions, petition is disposed of. (MAKARAND KARNIK, J.) (SHANTANU KEMKAR, J.)
