ORDER:- We are inclined to dispose of the present Writ Petition by directing Respondent No.3-District Magistrare, Office of District Collector, Thane being authority under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (for short, "the SARFAESI Act, 2002") to expedite the process of execution of order dated 19 October 2013, as one year so granted earlier itself was expired. As there is no issue raised about the grant of one year period, we are not observing anything on the same, however, we direct Respondent No.3 to expedite the matter in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within four weeks from today. Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
