Learned counsel for the Appellants tender an unconditional apology for not removing the office objections, which appears to be entirely due to fault on the part of the advocate. In view of the unconditional apology tendered, subject to removal of all office objections within a period of six weeks from today, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).
