The grievance of the Petitioner is that in spite of their submitting the representations dated 17th June, 2016, 21st June, 2016 and 30th January, 2017 respectively the same have not been considered by Respondent No. 2. In the circumstances, the prayer has been made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner to dispose of the Petition by directing Respondent No. 2-Zilla Parishad, Solapur to consider and take appropriate decision on the Petitioner's representations keeping in view the Government Resolution dated 20th April, 2012.

rpa 2/2 wp-2556-17.doc Keeping in view the aforesaid limited prayer without commenting on the merits in the Petition and the entitlement of the Petitioner, the Petition stand disposed of by directing Respondent No.2-Zilla Parishad, Solapur to examine the Petitioner's claim and to take appropriate decision on it in accordance with law keeping in view the Government Resolution dated 20th April, 2012.

Let the decision be taken on the Petitioner's representation within three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

The Petition stand disposed of as such.
