Respondent No.2 died on 17.12.2015 leaving behind respondents No.2(a) to 2(d) as legal representatives. Respondent No.2's Advocate by letter dated 04.02.2016 informed Advocate for the applicant about the said fact and the present application is taken out on 10.02.2016. Even otherwise, Civil Application is in time. Hence, for the reasons stated in the Application, 1/2
