1] The applicant is seeking setting aside of the order dated 3rd March 2017 passed by the Registrar (Judicial - I) whereby his writ petition came to be dismissed. The said order states that four weeks time is granted to remove office objections, failing which the writ petition shall stand dismissed. The applicant could not remove the office objections within the stipulated time, hence his writ petition came to be dismissed.
